Field monitors are responsible for time slots of about two hours (two game times); one Friday and one Saturday. Field monitors will be assigned to an entire field, and must watch both sidelines. Field monitors have three main duties: to collect game cards at the end of the game and run them to the check in tent, radio the medical team in the event of an injury, and monitor the behavior of the coaches and spectators on the sidelines. The radio will be provided by the region. If, unfortunately, the you thinks that the spectators and/or coach is exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior, you have two choices:to either diffuse the situation yourself, or radio for assistance from either myself or another board member. Please check in at the check in tent about 5 minutes before your shift is scheduled to start.
